"That's Right, Get Em' While He's Doing A Bad!!!" -Hamlet's Dilemma

Why Must You Be In A Dilemma!?!?!?!

WHAT IS A MAN who must disturb one's confession? WHAT IS A MAN who contemplates death upon a person who has murdered a loved one? WHAT IS A MAN who desires vengeance upon a person who has no defenses during certain times? That man is Hamlet! Hamlet, the prince of the King, consists of a deep hatred towards Claudius. I would too if a man like Claudius has murdered my father in order to achieve great power. At one point, right after his entertaining play, Hamlet gains an opportunity to kill his father's murderer. However, that opportunity is lost when Hamlet spots Claudius confessing his sins towards his deiced brother. Because of Hamlet's hesitation to kill Claudius, he lets him go for one MAJOR reason.

I can't contain the anger inside of me!
According to religious beliefs, if Claudius dies while he is praying for forgiveness, that action will allow him to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Once Hamlet realizes that, he withdraws his knife being pointed towards Claudius' head. Hamlet must find an alternative so that this fiend does not enter Heaven. After analyzing this information given to me, I now agree with Hamlet. CLAUDIUS DESERVES TO GO TO THAT PLACE OPPOSITE OF HEAVEN! In that case, Hamlet will send Claudius to that place opposite of heaven by annihilating him when he is performing a sinful moment. By sinful moment, I mean if Claudius is caught drunk, "SWOODING HIS GAL'", or by being distracted with anger. It is best for Hamlet to wait for the right moment to strike.

Wait for it.......BAAAM! Learn from this Hamlet! LEARN!!!
It's best to think about how you will perform your action instead of taking action immediately. At first, I wished that Hamlet would have ended Claudius' life at that moment in the confessional. However, if Hamlet wants to make Claudius suffer even more, he must wait for the right moment to finish the job. That way, Hamlet's father will be even more satisfied to find out that his brother has been sent to that place opposite of heaven. Even though Claudius seemed merciful at the time, that does not diminish the fact that Claudius has performed a terrible sin that will scar Hamlet forever. Eventually, everyone will die at one point. It all depends on how you take in the situation so that you do not do anything stupid. With that said, even though Hamlet may face the consequences of killing the king, he will be doing the whole Kingdom a favor. They may not know it, put that's okay. Hamlet knows he's doing the right thing!

Hamlet may have missed his first opportunity BUT, he doesn't have to give up! Only if he dies will he be forced to!
Hamlet can overcome ANY obstacle!!!......

  1. "YOU BLEW IT!" is exactly how I felt after seeing Hamlet refuse to take the golden opportunity of killing Claudius. At first, I thought Hamlet was crazy to hesitate murdering Claudius, but I agree with you. Its definitely best to think about your actions instead of taking action immediately. Hamlet has quite the obstacle to overcome but I have faith that he will do whats right. By the way, what do you think will happen to Hamlet if he kills Claudius??
